What You Receive

A fictional matter, prepared the way we prepare real ones: a source-referenced chronology, an evidence index, a documented-loss summary and a list of what’s still missing.

The Matter, in Brief

Client A, age 81, lives alone. Her daughter noticed money leaving her checking account after a paid caregiver, Caregiver B, was added to it. Counsel asked VAA to organize the records, separate what is confirmed from what is reported, and identify what is still missing.

Deliverable 1

Documented-Loss Summary

The first column shows transactions the records confirm took place. Whether Client A authorized them is still unresolved, and that question is counsel’s to evaluate.

Deliverable 4

What’s Still Missing

Gaps are named so counsel can decide what to request next. Whether and how to obtain each record is counsel’s decision.

VAA organizes records for review by counsel and does not provide legal advice or perform licensed investigation.
