For individuals and families

You know what happened. We help you show it.

Gentle with you, rigorous with the record.

For individuals and families

They have carried enough.

When someone has been defrauded, or a family discovers that a parent’s savings have been drained by someone they trusted, the work of proving what happened has always fallen back on the very people who were hurt, at the moment they have the least left to give.

We take that weight off your shoulders. We gather the statements, the messages and the dates, and turn them into a clear, organized record, so your attorney can focus on the case and you can focus on getting through it. You lived it. We help you show it.

What to expect

Gentle with you. Rigorous with the record.

  1. 1

    We listen

A conversation about what happened, in your own words, at your own pace.

We tell you the cost first

Before any work begins, you receive a written agreement with the scope and a fixed fee.

    We review and organize

You share your records through a secure channel. We put them in order and look for what matters.

  4. 4

    We hand it forward

You receive a written memo, and if you choose, a full file prepared for the attorney of your choice.

Ways to work with us

However you arrive, we meet you there.

Protect yourself

A word about recovery scams.

People who have lost money are often contacted again by someone promising to get it back, for an upfront fee. This is one of the most common frauds there is.

We will never contact you out of the blue, never promise that money will be recovered, and never ask you to pay by gift card, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer to an individual.

You can also report fraud to the FBI at ic3.gov and the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

You don't have to carry this alone.

A short message is enough to begin. We reply within one business day, and nothing you send commits you to anything.
